Intro Reformer

In the Intro Reformer class we introduce you to the different parts of the reformer in addition to the Pilates principles to prepare you for fundamentals class and beyond. *This class is mandatory for new clients with no prior Pilates or Reformer experience.

Reformer Fundamentals

Reformer fundamentals is a precise, focused, and slower paced class that hones in on the Pilates principles concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing. * This class is open to all levels and great for beginners.


Open Level reformer

The Open Level Reformer class offers a dynamic workout blending Classical and Contemporary Pilates styles to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body & mind. The Open level class offers variations to accommodate all levels. * Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer.


Pilates Tower

The Pilates tower class is a fun way to spice up your Pilates practice! In this class we flow through exercises using a mat and tower with springs to provide resistance. The springs are used to stretch, articulate, and stabilize the spine. * Pilates tower is recommended for students with previous Pilates experience.


Jumpboard

Similar to a trampoline, this class uses a jumpboard to add some short but intense jumping intervals to safely increase your heart rate with particular emphasis on stabilizing your joints and strengthening your core. * This class is suitable for clients who are experienced on a reformer and confident with quick spring adjustments at a faster pace.  We encourage at few open level reformer classes prior to booking. This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.


Intermediate Reformer

Intermediate level is a great choice if you are very experienced using a reformer. Master intermediate repertoire and choreography, build endurance, and progress spring intensity with this dynamic class. * This class is suitable for clients who are experienced on a reformer and confident with quick spring adjustments at a faster pace.  We encourage at few open level reformer classes prior to booking. This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.


Mat

Focus on precise movements to develop balance, body awareness, flexibility, and endurance — using props such as weights, resistance bands to assist with strengthening and toning the entire body. * All levels welcomed.


Pilates Suspension

The Pilates Suspension Method combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them using the TRX. This class is great for all levels, no experience is required. * All levels welcomed.


Barre

This is an upbeat, full body strength training class moving through a series of mat pilates and barre exercises. This class is for all levels and is a great way to increase your strength and heart rate. * All levels welcomed.
